1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform provided by SGE Foundation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By creating an account, you are promising that you are an adult and that your use of the site is legal where you live.

Our website is not designed for children. We do not allow anyone under 18 to sign up, provide personal data, or use our interactive features. If we become aware that a minor has provided information to us, we will take immediate steps to delete that account and all associated data.

3. Wallet Connection & Web3 Services

Our platform utilizes Web3 technologies (WalletConnect). You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your private keys and seed phrases.
• All transactions initiated from your connected wallet.
• Ensuring your wallet software is up to date and secure.

Note: We never have access to your private keys. We cannot recover funds if you lose access to your wallet. For account-specific security, see Section 4.

4. Account Security & User Responsibility

You are the sole custodian of your account. By using this platform, you agree to the following iron-clad security requirements:

• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). You must NOT share your password or access to your account with anyone.
• Authorized Use: You are solely responsible for any activity, transaction, or claim initiated through your account, whether authorized by you or not, if it resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Anti-Phishing Warning: SGE Foundation staff will NEVER ask for your password, private keys, or seed phrases through email, Telegram, Discord, or any other support channel. Anyone asking for this information is a scammer.
• Reporting: If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@sge.foundation, though we cannot reverse blockchain-based transactions.

5. Referral Program & Earnings Disclaimer

Our Unilevel Referral Program is a performance-based incentive system. Participation does NOT guarantee any token rewards, profits, or specific rewards. Any earnings are dependent solely on individual performance, effort, and the successful generation of sales or contributions within your network. We do not provide "passive income" in the sense of a return on investment; all token rewards are tied to active ecosystem growth.

• Token rewards are based on actual product/service sales or contributions to the SGE ecosystem.
• Past performance of other users is not an indicator of your future results.
• Spamming, fraudulent recruitment, or misrepresenting potential earnings is strictly prohibited.

6. SGE Ecosystem & Rewards

The "Super Green Energy" rewards are participation-based incentives granted on an 'as available' basis. They are not dividends, securities, or financial instruments. The availability and value of ecosystem tokens or rewards may fluctuate significantly or be discontinued based on market conditions, project performance, and community adoption without prior notice.

7. Educational Use & "As-Is" Basis

This platform and all its contents are provided strictly for educational, informational, and utility purposes only. The materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided.

8. Information Collection & Cookies

When accessing the Website, the Company will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions you take during your visit. 10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SGE Foundation, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This means if your actions result in legal trouble for the project, you will be responsible for the costs associated with our defense.

11. Technical Failures & External Risks

We are not responsible for technical problems beyond our reasonable control. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with:

• Smart Contract Limitations: The smart contracts we use to manage the SGE ecosystem are not perfect and may have vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Blockchain Infrastructure: Network congestion, forks, smart contract vulnerabilities, or protocol changes on any blockchain network we utilize.
• Third-Party Services: Failures or downtime originating from WalletConnect, Coinbase Commerce, hosting providers, or internet service providers. Our integration with third-party providers (such as Coinbase for onboarding) means your interactions are also subject to their respective terms and operational uptime.
• Device/Browser Issues: Incompatibility, security breaches on your local device, or outdated browser software.
• Regulatory Uncertainty: The legal and regulatory environment surrounding blockchain and decentralized energy is evolving. Future changes in law or government policy could impact the operation of the network or the utility of SGE tokens.
• Market Risks: Fluctuations in the value of SGE tokens or other cryptocurrencies, which are subject to market forces and volatility.
• No Investment Advice: The content provided on this platform, including data insights and metrics, is for educational, informational, and utility purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Force Majeure: Any event beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, or large-scale cyber-attacks.

12. Forbidden Conduct

To ensure a fair ecosystem for all participants, any attempt to cheat the system will lead to an internal blacklist and total loss of rewards. You agree to avoid:

• Bots and Scripts: You may not use automated tools to sign up, scrape data, or interfere with our referral system.
• Multiple Accounts: You are limited to one account. Creating extras to trick the system or boost your referral count is strictly forbidden.
• Illegal Use: Do not use SGE for any illegal purposes, including money laundering or activities that break the law in your country.

13. Termination and Modification

SGE Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, harms the decentralized network, or is otherwise detrimental to the community.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the data dashboards and participate in the rewards programs will immediately cease.
• Survival: Sections regarding Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Risk Disclosure shall survive any termination of these Terms.

14. Transaction Finality & Refund Policy

The SGE Foundation operates on decentralized blockchain technology. To maintain the integrity of the network, all participants must acknowledge the following:

• No Refunds: All one-time onboarding fees and utility credit allocations are final and non-refundable.
• Technical Finality: Blockchain transactions are immutable. Once a payment is confirmed on the network, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or altered by the SGE Foundation.
• Account Activation: The onboarding fee is a service charge for network integration and account setup. Upon successful processing, the service is considered "rendered in full."

Recommendation: Ensure your wallet and account details are correct before initiating any blockchain transaction.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
