SGE Foundation: Tokenomics Litepaper
A Sustainable Path to a Decentralized Renewable Energy Future
Document Version: 2.1 | Release Date: November 2026 | Classification: Official Public Tokenomics Framework
1. Vision & Corporate Affiliation
The SGE Ecosystem model is designed to incentivize the global transition to renewable energy. We bridge the gap between heavy industrial clean energy projects and individual participants through the SGE Utility Token, fostering a community-driven approach to sustainable infrastructure.
SGE is an affiliate of Supergreen Energy Corp (Costa Mesa, California). SGE Foundation operates as the decentralized community governance and Web3 digital settlement arm under a landmark 20-year worldwide commercial licensing agreement accessing Supergreen Energy Corp's global intellectual property portfolio of 18+ patents and filings across 45 countries.
2. The SGE Utility Token
The SGE token serves as the primary mechanism for interaction, validation, and contribution within the ecosystem.
Token Utility & Liquidity
A dual-purpose asset designed for the SGE Foundation:
- Institutional: Deeply discounted licensing fee settlement.
- Community: Monthly energy bill offsets and cross-chain liquidity (USDC, USDT, BTC) via global cryptocurrency exchanges.
Core Utility:
- Ecosystem Governance: Token holders can verify and monitor smart contracts to maintain network transparency.
- Participation Rewards: Rewards are allocated based on active contributions to the ecosystem, such as network growth, technical advocacy, and verified participation in community initiatives.
- System Access: Membership via tokens unlocks a suite of analytical tools, providing holders with personalized performance metrics and comprehensive technical resources.
Utility & Non-Equity Legal Boundary:
The SGE Token is strictly a functional utility and governance asset within the decentralized ecosystem. SGE Tokens do NOT represent, constitute, or convey any shares, equity, voting interest in corporate governance, or rights to dividends or profits in Supergreen Energy Corp, SGE Foundation, or any associated affiliate entity.
3. Launchpad Distribution
An initial contribution of 10 billion SGE Tokens has been committed to the SGE Foundation by SuperGreen Energy Corp USA and SuperGreen Energy Pte. Ltd. Singapore.
The SGE Foundation has allocated 1 Billion Utility Tokens for the initial Launchpad phase. This distribution is designed to establish a wide, decentralized base of participants committed to the long-term health of the ecosystem.
Allocation Summary:
- Public Participation Pool: 40% (Allocated over time based on ecosystem contributions).
- Ecosystem Development: 20% (Technical partnerships and infrastructure scaling).
- Initial Participant Phase: 25% (Early contributors to the foundation).
- Core Team & Contributors: 5% (Locked for 24 months to ensure alignment).
- Liquidity & Ecosystem Reserve: 10% (Ensuring stable network operations).
4. Active Contribution Model: "Participate to Power"
Your support for community green energy doesn't just help the planet—it earns you rewards.
- Verification Rewards: Distributed to participants who ensure the reliability and health of the decentralized network.
- Network Advocacy: Contributions to the global awareness and growth of the SGE movement are recognized through the ecosystem’s reward structure.
- Operational Efficiency: Because SGE technology operates at 99% efficiency, it provides a robust foundation for consistent ecosystem participation.
5. Ecosystem Sustainability Mechanism
To maintain long-term network health, SGE utilizes a "Renewable Growth" model:
- SGE implements a "Renewable Feedback Loop" to ensure sustainable operations.
- This cycle fuels the growth of the decentralized data network, enhancing the ecosystem's overall capacity and performance for every participant.
